Secondary School

The Key Stage 3 curriculum guides your child’s learning in the first three years of secondary school education.  We provide a wide range of subject experience to allow pupils to develop a broad spectrum of skills and knowledge.

What is it?

Cambridge Lower Secondary is an international education programme, typically for students aged 11 to 14 years.

Who uses it?

Used by over 2500 schools around the world, it helps learners to thrive throughout their schooling, work and life.

A Broad Curriculum

A Balances Education

A Clear Path Forward

It is to stretch, challenge and inspire all students, whatever your cultural context, so that they can become life-long learners.

This stimulating and varied curriculum is flexible, so a programme can be built to adapt to a child’s needs and works with your local context.

A choice of ten subjects, a wide range of support and optional assessments, plenty to help deliver core subjects as well as develop creativity, expression and personal wellbeing

The programme encourages learners to understand their own culture, community and identity within the wider world.

The programme, from curriculum to teaching, learning and assessment, is aligned and informed by the latest research. This alignment puts learners in the best possible position for the future and leads to a richer learning experience.

This  programme is part of the Cambridge Pathway, which has four stages leading seamlessly up to pre-university years in an age-appropriate way.

We need to make sure that students are learning the right things at the right time. Each stage therefore builds on the learners’ development from the previous one, or from other educational systems, so that students are familiar with content and skills and well-prepared for the next stage of their education.

It all adds up to being Ready for the World.
